What is your Return Policy?

Customers can exchange any non-personalized items within 7 days from receipt of delivery. The items eligible for return must be new, unopened and unused. Original tags, wrapping, or boxes should be intact. Items which are personalized or discounted are not eligible for exchange. All products are non-refundable. RIS gifts reserves the right of final decision in the case of disputes.Please contact us at cs@risgifts.com for further arrangement.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we deliver within Hong Kong (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territory). For delivery to outerlying islands or remote areas, please contact us at cs@risgifts.com for further enquiry or arrangement.

Can you deliver at a specific time?

Once order is confirmed, we will arrange delivery with our courier service. Deliveries shall be made from Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays. Our courier service will contact you prior to each delivery usually from 9am to 6pm.
