From your idea to your celebration

How to order

Hong Kong orders only

  1. Choose how to start

    Try your wording and design choices in the preview, or choose “Let RIS design it” to skip the preview and give us your details after ordering.

  2. Place your order

    Place your order with your preview choices, or continue without a preview. You don’t need to have your design details ready if you choose “Let RIS design it”.

  3. Confirm the details

    We’ll contact you via WhatsApp or email to collect or confirm your wording, font, acrylic colour, width, design references and order details.

  4. Receive your design draft

    Once the details are confirmed, our designer will create your design from scratch and send a draft via WhatsApp or email for your review.

  5. Refine your design

    Your order includes 1 major change and 2 minor adjustments. Additional changes beyond this allowance are subject to extra charges.

  6. Production & Hong Kong delivery

    After you approve the final design, we’ll proceed with production. Estimated Hong Kong delivery is 2–5 working days, depending on the scope of design and production.
