If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase please notify us at sales@risproduction.com and return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery/ pickup for orders within Hong Kong, or within 60 days for international orders. Local Returns
Customers can exchange any non-personalized items within 7 days from receipt of delivery. The items eligible for return must be new, unopened and unused. Original tags, wrapping, or boxes should be intact. Items which are personalized or discounted are not eligible for exchange.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know if it is eligible for a refund or replacement.
RIS gifts reserves the right of final decision in the case of disputes.

International Returns
Please notify us by email at sales@risproduction.com and return your item(s) by post within 60 days, shipping at your own expense. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
We will be happy to replace it with a product of same value after verification - shipping not included, or offer you a refund**. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that food items are not returnable or refundable unless damaged.
