What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept bank transfer, Paypal or payments through Stripe. Stripe payments include VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, Wechat and Alipay. Stripe payments may incure a handling fee of 3.4%.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service at cs@risgifts.com within 24 hours of placing an order. We will do our best to help. If your order is a customized order, it may not be cancelled as the process will be initiated immediately after order.

What is your Return Policy?
Customers can exchange any non-personalized items within 7 days from receipt of delivery. The items eligible for return must be new, unopened and unused. Original tags, wrapping, or boxes should be intact. Items which are personalized or discounted are not eligible for exchange. All products are non-refundable. Where do you deliver?
Currently, we deliver within Hong Kong (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territory). For delivery to outerlying islands or remote areas, please contact us at cs@risgifts.com for further enquiry or arrangement.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
Once order is confirmed, we will arrange delivery with our courier service. Deliveries shall be made from Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays. Our courier service will contact you prior to each delivery usually from 9am to 6pm.
